SEP 2017: We complained to their abuse email about constant hacking and brute force attempts from their IPs (23.239.28.251 and 104.237.154.175). We got a very confusing reply asking for more evidence. After providing that, we got again a very confusing reply about OUR server being hacked. Apparently they don’t even read the whole abuse report and they thought we are their customers. After we made that clear, we provided even more details and reports. The hacking continued for a while and then stopped. We got a late reply from them that it has been resolved.

OCT 2017: We complained to their abuse email about constant hacking attempts from their IP (78.209.50.160). We got a kind reply, something about emailing their customer. And the hacking attempts stopped.
Hetzner Online GmbH (clients.your-server.de)
For years we have been suffering from all kind of attacks and hacking attempts from Hetzner Online GmbH. ALL our emails, complains, reports have been TOTALLY IGNORED.
It seems that Hetzner Online GmbH is a paradise for scammers, spammers, Russian hackers and all kind of illegal web and online activities. Also they seem to totally ignore any complains to they abuse email. They don’t give a damn about it.
INFO: Just block all access for hostnames with “*clients.your-server.de*” and you will be fine.
