Abuse Complaints to Web Hosting Companies and their Response (or not)
SEP 2017: We complained to their abuse email about constant hacking and brute force attempts from their IPs (184.108.40.206 and 220.127.116.11). We got a very confusing reply asking for more evidence. After providing that, we got again a very confusing reply about OUR server being hacked. Apparently they don’t even read the whole abuse report and they thought we are their customers. After we made that clear, we provided even more details and reports. The hacking continued for a while and then stopped. We got a late reply from them that it has been resolved.
OCT 2017: We complained to their abuse email about constant hacking attempts from their IP (18.104.22.168). We got a kind reply, something about emailing their customer. And the hacking attempts stopped.
