This is a nice theme that works great with Osclass 3.9. But with the dev branch of Github
https://github.com/mindstellar/Osclass/tree/develop
doesn't play well. Some visual (and probably other) issues.
Nice theme, sure, but doesn't work right with Osclass 5 beta. Some display issues ...

Yes, i can verify this.
There is some kind of display issues in home left side and a few other minnor issues. Is the author aware of these?

I don't know. What seems to me is that they do not work all together and they have no idea where this is going.
