Hi guys.

I'm trying to have friendly permalinks with greek titles.

It seems that i can't. Several Greek characters are not recognized ... also they show ... uggly ....

Is there a solution that works?

Should i convert them to latin and if so, HOW?

Many thanks

What Osclass version are you running?

Ok, backup everything, DB and Osclass folder.

Download the attached file and see the change in the code.

The "formatting.php" attached is for 5.2.dev version, i don't know if it is the same with 5.1.2. But you will see some code added (starts with GREEK comment and ends with GREEK comment also).

If unsure, let me know here.

Then enable friendly permalinks (and check your .htaccess file is ok).

Then you will have to go to each and every category and subcategory, Edit and clear the slug and Save. That will recreate the slugs. Check if this worked ok, when finished.

The "formatting" is in oc-includes/osclass folder.

The idea and the code is borrowed from this Wordpress plugin:

@fulcanelli I have no words to thank you. It was easy to install and following your instructions, everything went well.

Also the "convertion" to greek-english is kinda of clever.
