@editor You could say that, however, in our case we're taking "relics" and fixing/refactoring them to 2023 standards.
It's impossible to keep compatibility with old/broken stuff, especially in the case of translations.
If the original translation had 100 lines, and the new one has 101, then you already broke the compatibility.
Also, while the other options either feed you trash (old/broken/messy stuff) or premium/commercial stuff, we try to do the opposite by taking the things you love and making them better. If this creates a separate ecosystem, then be it.
Anyway, sorry for fueling this discussion, it won't happen again. From now on, I'll try to respond only to support requests if it's the case.

@editor Not yet, as this project is pretty young (not many know it exists) and from what I've seen on other forums and repositories, there are only 4-5 active Osclass developers left, each doing his own thing.
Our short term goal is to build some momentum by getting better ranking in search engines in order to attract more users.
If the users see the value in this project and start building with it, then the developers (new ones) will follow.
If not, it's ok, we're still happy we managed to create something powerful and useful, that will last for years.
Guys are you sure we can't use existing translation files with Enterprise language files and Osclasswizards theme languages?
Poedit has some update option, i think i have used it in the past and worked.
@maximus The thing is that in OsclassWizards v2.0.7+, we corrected and added some new language strings in order to support the new features of Osclass Enterprise.
Also, when fixing some of the theme's issues, a bunch of code was added/removed which changed the line numbers inside the translations.
Basically, if the word listing was initially at line 50 in x.php, now you might find it at line 63.
So the old translation you have, is missing some of the new strings that were added, and doesn't follow the new line numbers.
You need to test and see if what you have is enough for your specific use-case.
