I run Osclass 3.9 and i would this summer to upgrade to something newer.
I see in an other topic (that is now locked and i can't post) that Osclass 5 beta is near to be released?
Am i right? What do you suggest?

Osclass 5 beta is out of the equation for many reasons. Most important is that it is not compatible with ANYTHING. Plugins or themes.
So what are you gonna use? Nothing is available even as paid. Old plugins and thems do not work.
Also we are not sure if we can depend on that developer anymore.
Why you want to upgrade/update ?
@alessandro-cagliostro There are some few reasons i want to update it.
We have some PHP 7.4 issues that seem solved in Osclass 5 beta but also in OsclassPoint 4.4 release. PHP 8 is also an even bigger issue with 3.9.
Also some features that i would want is a better and newer ads editor and also the Renew feature that Osclasspoint offers.
On the other hand, i have 3-4 plugins and my Osclasswizards theme that i do not want to change.
I'm puzzled by all these ....
To be honest the only CURRENT alternative for 3.9 upgrade is Osclasspoint Osclass 4.4 release. I have upgraded one customer's site and works smoothly. No issues and the backwards compatibility is very good.
Not sure why the developer of Osclass 5 has moved files/folders around and messed up each and every compatibility that existed... Bad bad move.
