It sees that some developer has already created a plugin to disarm Osclass market.

You must register to download it. Please note that i haven't tested that plugin and download it at your own risk.

link removed by admin

The above plugin removes Osclass Market BUT shows ads from an other developer's "Osclass Market".

This should not be used or suggested. We should AVOID things like that. Totally.

@editor Still we are 10 days before the shut down of Osclass Market and we have no idea what happens next.

Nobody has come up with anything other than the plugin above (that you removed the link).

Yes but the solution is not to REPLACE the soon-to-be-shut-down Osclass Market with some OTHER Market.

There must be a 3.8 version COMPLETELY Osclass Market FREE. All Market related code must be removed and nothing should be added.

If anyone want to connect or promote his Market, this should be done via a plugin that the webmaster/owner of the site will install (or not). Most developers want now to benefit from the closure of the official Market and take people to their own products market.

NO. NO. NO.

If anyone is such a fool allow this in his site, then .... what can i say ... good luck ...

Personally i will have a local developer to remove any ties from Osclass Market and that's it. It's is not that hard to do.

I think all that talk here and also at the forums at Osclass have no meaning. Osclass is actually dead and buried. Not because of the Market showdown.

Osclass has died 1-2 year back. Not updated, abandoned, most users and developers left the forums or switched to something else.

Looking at their forums, all i see is questions and problems that most of them are never answered.

Not sure if the classifieds market has shrink or it is an Osclass problem. I have switched a year ago to Wordpress and i'm mostly happy. Not 100%, still i have a stable platform, support and i know where i'm going.

Good luck to all !

It seems that Osclass will "split" in several "markets", i ask myself if there is actually a demand for all that and also if it will do any good to the script.

An other dreamer:

OsclassPoint.com became biggest osclass market

Once official market will be closed, OsclassPoint will be clearly biggest and most popular market for osclass. We've been building our market for years with dedication to client experience, providing fastest supports and super quick updates and we will not stop! We have released more than 12 products last year and 8 products already this year and currently having almost 60 osclass themes and plugins available at OsclassPoint market.

@alessandro-cagliostro Nice catch !!

OsclassPoint is not new, still what i read in their blog (The King is Dead .. Long live the King) is a bit silly, since they are using Osclass script for their sales and their business. They should have been more gentle and careful on what they post.

(Oclass Point is MB-Themes i think)

Good for you, let us know how it works for you. I mean Wordpress. No need to post any urls, just what you use for it, so others can benefit from your findings. Do that if you wish in a new Topic here.
