Is there anykind of list of things that have changed or fixed from official 3.8?

The changes list is very long but are mainly code improvements and bug fixes. No db structure has changed in order to be compatible with existing installations.
Also ANY dependancy from Osclass.org (Market, Updates, Geo) has been disabled.
Finally many old bugs have been fixed. Many. If you want to see all the changes, visit the Osclass fork at Github.
