I did a test for ip, it's ok
I turned off the antivirus software and saw:
In 3.8.1 but also in 3.9 it only works with gmail on the local computer.
Gmail is not something you should use for smtp, this has been talked in the Osclass forums a huge ammount of times (before Osclass org shut down).
As for the rest, sorry i'm out of ideas. The only thing i can tell you is that Osclass 3.8 or 3.9 doesn't suffer from such problem with emails. It is not a problem of Osclass.

Do not get me wrong, i was in the hosting business for 20 years, that reply means simply "find a proper hosting provider in US".
That is what you must do.
A company that uses Online SAS for sub-hosting is not very good. Online SAS IPs are all over AbuseIDB.
