Vultr.com, Vultrusercontent.com, Constant.com, Choopa.com are all the very same company.

This network has been identified as highly polluted and hazardous. It is recommended for webmasters to block ASN (20473) by utilizing their firewall settings or the Cloudflare AS blocking feature. Alternatively, if these options are not available, consider using a security plugin to block the hostname ‘*.vultrusercontent.com’.
